A night in Baltimore and a day in Fairfax

My great friend Jenny is just a few weeks away from giving birth to her little girl so when I received an invitation to her baby shower, I made my travel arrangements. We don’t get to see each other very often and this was a good opportunity. Another friend of mine works at Morgan State in Baltimore, so I gave her a call and arranged to stay at her apartment for the weekend.

It was a very quick trip (about 24 hours), but it was fun. On Saturday night, Liberty and I went out in the Fells Point area of Baltimore where we went to dinner and had a few drinks.

The next morning I drove to Fairfax, VA for Jenny’s baby shower. She was totally spoiled by her guests, but she is well deserving J It was great to see her!
